Sometimes, due to the sheer volume of emails we have to send in the course of doing business (support, reciepts, tracking info, etc.) agressive spam filters will discard our legitimate emails. Even though we DO NOT send spam!

A NOTE ABOUT EMAIL ADDRESSES:
It seems that a lot of people still don't know what an email address is supposed to look like. Please don't get angry at us if you put in an email address like "www.karen" or "joe@mycompany@myisp" and you don't get a response. We'll try to figure it out if possible, but often times it's just not possible to figure out.

A NOTE ABOUT PHONE NUMBERS:
Chances are pretty good that we don't live in the same area code that you do. Please be sure to include your area code in the phone number, or we won't even try to figure it out! There are just too many possibilities, and we have other customers to take care of. We WILL take care of you, but you have to give us the correct information so that we can.

It is suprising how often these things happen, and it is incredibly frustrating to WANT to give good customer service, but we can't because of bad information from the customer! So please, if you want good customer service, help us to help you by giving us accurate and complete information regarding your order and the problem you are having.
