Credit Card Payments

To pay by credit card, just use our shopping cart system and select your payment type from the pull-down menu. You will be linked to a secure web page to enter your credit card information. This information is processed directly by the bank's secure on-line systems, so no one in our company will ever see your card number.

Phone Orders

Please note that we are a very small company with a handful of employees, and we simply do not have time to sit around waiting for the phone to ring. Feel free to leave a message, indicating your return phone number, what you're interested in, and when is the best time to call you back, and we'll do our best to accomodate.

Purchase Order Information.

Only actual Schools and our wholesale customers may submit purchase orders for our products. We reserve the right to discard unfilled any purchase orders that we cannot confirm as legitimate and in good standing. To submit a purchase order, please fax to us at 830-214-6516 Any purchase orders from unknown organizations will be discarded.

Paying by Check

To send us a check, please use our on-line shopping cart to calculate the total price for your order and the shipping charges. Print that page and send it with your check to:

Be sure to include your full shipping address and phone number. All checks must clear before we will ship any goods. Typically paying by check takes four to six weeks before your package arrives. (Paying on-line only takes one to seven days!)

Paying by Pay Pal

If you'd like to pay via PayPal, just use the "PayPal" payment option and complete that process. Be sure to include the proper email address so we can match your payment to the order. Then, use PayPal to send money to Ron@RLT.com. Once we recieve it, we'll process your order right away!

Express and Overnight Orders

Just choose the express options from the shopping cart page! We can ship overnight, 2-day and 3-day express via UPS for orders within the USA.

International Orders

Use the on-line shopping cart and select your country from the list. Then select your preferred shipping method and complete the order. Shipping rates do not include taxes, duties or other fees imposed by your country or the carrier services. Shipping via international mail is not trackable. RLT Industries will not be liable for packages damaged or lost in transit. No refunds or replacements are given for non-trackable shipments. By ordering from us you confirm that you accept all of our terms. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping method that offers tracking capabilities, such as UPS Worldship. Transit times for international packages are unpredictable. In most cases, it should be between seven and fourteen days, but due to random customs inspections and other unforseeable circumstances, it can take several weeks to several months for delivery, although this is a fairly rare event.
