First of all, Don't Worry! Here at the RLT.COM family of web sites, we respect your privacy, and we appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
As an internet personality, I recieve hundreds of pieces of junk email every day. I know what it's like, and I would never do that to my customers. I don't use spam filters either, because I'd rather have to delete a hundred emails rather than have even a single legitimate customer's email get blocked.
Having to deal with all that junk every day reminds me, every day, just how precious our privacy really is. And, I'm not just the president of an Internet company. Like you, I'm also a customer. And as a customer, I want my personal information protected and respected by the companies I do business with, not shared, sold, abused or left in vulnerable places.
That's why we have one of the strictest privacy policies on the net. I know, because I was a former employee of many dot-com companies that were sloppy about their customer's privacy. Most of those companies don't exist anymore, and I don't plan to let that happen to this company!
So, we will not share your information with anyone outside of our company, except as necessary to complete your order. This means that we have to give your credit card information to the bank for order processing, and your address to the shipping companies who deliver your products. Other than that, your information is kept strictly private!
We may on occasion send you a printed catalog, or an email announcement for products that have been out of stock or may be new. If you don't want to recieve those emails, it's very easy to be permanently added to our "do not email" list, and not very easy to get off of it. Once you're on that list, the only email you'll ever recieve from us is the reciept for any purchases you make on our web sites.
