Paying by Check
To pay by check or money order, use our shopping cart system and click on the
"Mail a Check/Money Order" button. Follow the instructions on the next page
to complete your order. By entering your shipping information on this page,
your order will already be in our database when we get your check. This will
enable us to process your order more quickly, and will reduce the chance
of errors when we print your shipping label. You will also be able to print
your reciept right from the web page. The reciept will also have instructions
for who to make the check or money order out to and where to send it.
Phone Orders
If you're worried about using your credit card on the web,
we will be happy to take your order by phone. But
please note that we are a very small company with a handful of employees,
so we can only answer the phone between the hours of 9:00 AM and Noon,
Pacific time zone, Monday through Thurday. All other times we're either
manufacturing kits, packing boxes or any of the other myriad things it
takes to run a small company! If you call outside of our normal phone hours,
please leave a detailed message and we will do our best to call you back.
Purchase Order Information.
Unfortunately, we are not equiped to manage open accounts.
Therefore, all purchase orders must be accompanied by a check.
Any purchase orders not accompanied by a check will be discarded.
To pay by check, please use the shopping cart system, and select
the "Send a check/money order" option at the bottom. The next screen
will be a form for your shipping address. Filling out this form will
help us to insure that your order is processed promptly, and it will
generate a page that you can print as a reciept for your accounting dept.
Checks must be made out for the full amount in order to be processed.
Paying by Pay Pal
If you'd like to pay via PayPal, just use our shopping cart system.
Click on the "PayPal" button and complete that process.
Be sure to include the proper email address so we can match your payment
to the order. Then, use PayPal to send money to Ron@RLT.com.
Once we recieve it, we'll process your order right away!
